Superb experience, food and service as you'd expect at a Wagamamas. This is our go to food place when in Heathrow. The venue is surprisingly large, has great views of the airport and great location in the terminal. If you are after good food, quick service and have some time before the flight, this is the place.
Always a pleasure to go to Wagamama whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you’ll always find something you enjoy. Service is super speedy, it fascinated me. I went for a vegan English breakfast on this occasion and it was delicious. So happy to see so many plant-based dishes on the menu. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes I think. Also they don’t add any service charge which is nice. Pro tip: green tea is free and unlimited.
We got the shirodashi pork belly ramen and the saku saku duck soba, which were lovely. The service was impeccable and I want to give a special mention to Alex. This was easily my best airport dining experience!

Always great. But went first time as a family with 7 month baby. They took us to the far corner (which I didn't realise existed! The place is massive) and gave us some space and a high chair. They were doing this with other young families too. Staff made a real effort and the food and service was great as always. Winning business model. Happy customer every time. The ease of settling the bill is also hugely appreciated.
Probably the best airport food I have ever had. Cooked fresh to order (about 15 minutes they advised us), it was delicious. The Korean tofu hot pot broth was nice and spicy, just great flavor. The pad Thai with chicken and prawns was excellent, very hot and fresh with plenty of prawns. The iced matcha with strawberry latte was great. The desserts were fine nothing special. Seating is a mix of individual tables ( I would recommend) for views of the planes landing and taking off or large communal tables for conversation. The place was packed on Saturday afternoon. Great service, plenty of staff. On one beer on tap (Asachi) which was a typical mass produced beer, not much flavor. Reasonable prices for airport food.
